Requirements and Responsibilities For Configuration Analyst V
Responsible for analyzing product design changes to determine the effect on the end-product design and function. Completes necessary documentation to reflect the change. Coordinates with customers and manufacturers to determine a process for change reporting. Reviews released engineering change data to ensure adherence to configuration management procedures and policies. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. Works autonomously. Goals are generally communicated in "solution" or project goal terms. May provide a leadership role for the work group through knowledge in the area of specialization. Works on advanced, complex technical projects or business issues requiring state of the art technical or industry knowledge. Typically requires 10+ years of related experience.
