| Requirements and Responsibilities For Inbound Digital Marketing Manager |
| Develops digital marketing campaigns and promotions designed to attract customers to the business and answer questions to facilitate transactions. Manages content to retain customers, build trust, and establish long-term business relationships. Reviews traffic and search engine optimization (SEO) reports to recognize user patterns and drive users to the company's website. Improves department processes and assists with digital marketing best practices to facilitate engagement and offer value to customers. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. Manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. Typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1-3 years supervisory experience may be required. Extensive knowledge of the function and department processes. |
