| Requirements and Responsibilities For VP of IT Consulting |
| Plans, leads, and oversees all aspects of IT consulting operations. Drives both strategic vision and operational excellence for client projects and organizational technology initiatives. Manages and prioritizes portfolios of consulting projects, ensuring delivery on timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Oversees business development efforts through client relationship management and pursuit of new business opportunities.
