Requirements and Responsibilities For Executive Compensation Analyst II |
Evaluates and analyzes salary data for executives and top management. Administers company executive compensation programs, including executive salary surveys, annual and long-term incentive programs, and deferred compensation plans. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. Gains exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. Occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Typically requires 2 to 4 years of related experience. |
